These terms govern your use of https://ccpoints.com.au and any Points Pass purchase.

Agreement

By accessing ccpoints or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

If you purchase Points Pass, you also agree to our Refund Policy. Prices shown on the Points Pass page are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.

About the service

ccpoints publishes general information about credit card products available in Australia, including fees, rewards, lounge benefits, and redemption options. A free account provides baseline browsing and comparison tools.

Points Pass is a one-time digital purchase that unlocks additional comparison features on your account (such as extended spending categories, lounge benefit details, and redemption value views). Access is delivered through your logged-in account; it is not a physical product.

Information on ccpoints is for general educational and comparison purposes only. It is not personal financial advice, a recommendation, or an offer to acquire any financial product. Card terms, bonuses, fees, and benefits change frequently and may differ from what issuers publish on their own sites.

You are responsible for verifying details with the card issuer before applying for or relying on any product. Consider your own objectives, financial situation, and needs, and seek licensed advice where appropriate.

Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state or territory) to use the service or purchase Points Pass.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
  • One account per person. You must not share account credentials or Points Pass access with others.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to the service or other users.

Points Pass

Pass types

  • 7 Day Pass: full Points Pass access for seven (7) calendar days from the time access is granted after successful payment. When the period ends, Points Pass features are disabled; your free account remains.
  • All-Access Pass: a one-time purchase providing ongoing Points Pass access for as long as ccpoints offers Points Pass, including new Points Pass features we add after your purchase. Access has no fixed expiry date while the service continues, and is subject to the termination provisions below.

Purchasing rules

  • Points Pass is a one-time payment. There is no recurring subscription.
  • You must be signed in to purchase. Access is tied to the account used at checkout and is non-transferable.
  • If you already have an active 7 Day Pass, you cannot purchase another 7 Day Pass until it expires. You may upgrade to an All-Access Pass while a 7 Day Pass is active.
  • If you already hold an All-Access Pass, you do not need to purchase again.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing checkout, you authorise Stripe to charge the displayed amount.

Accuracy and changes

We aim to keep card and rewards data current, but we do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or timeliness. Issuer terms override our summaries. We may add, change, or remove site features (including Points Pass features) as the product evolves; All-Access Pass holders receive access to Points Pass features we add, but we do not guarantee any specific future feature set.

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • scrape, crawl, or systematically download site content except through normal browser use;
  • attempt to bypass access controls, including Points Pass gating;
  • reverse engineer, interfere with, or overload the service;
  • use the service for unlawful purposes or to mislead others.

Intellectual property

The site, branding, layout, and original content are owned by or licensed to us. Card names, logos, and issuer trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and comparison purposes.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on information on the site, from issuer changes, or from decisions you make about financial products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the greater of (a) resupplying the service or (b) the amount you paid for Points Pass in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the service or your access where permitted by law, including for breach of these terms or if we cease operating ccpoints.

If we permanently discontinue Points Pass or the site, we will use reasonable efforts to give advance notice where practicable. Refund treatment in that scenario is described in our Refund Policy and subject to your ACL rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms for free use of the site. For Points Pass purchases, the terms in effect at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase unless changes are required by law or expressly agreed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
